Terms of Service

These terms apply to every contract for the use of NoBill (website and web app) between you and Trafic Corsar [TODO: Rechtsform / legal form, e.g. GmbH, UG (haftungsbeschränkt), SAS], [TODO: Anschrift / street, postcode, city, country] ("NoBill", "we").

NoBill is offered to consumers in the European Union and the European Economic Area. You must be at least 18 years old to take out a subscription.

NoBill is a tool that helps you keep track of your subscriptions yourself. Every plan includes:

• AI analysis of screenshots you upload (banking app, App Store, Google Play, PayPal, e-mail receipts): the service, amount, currency and billing cycle of recurring payments – up to 30 AI requests per day (scans and help-chat messages together).
• A list of your subscriptions with monthly and yearly totals, which you can add to and edit, synchronised between your devices.
• Reminders by e-mail and, if you allow it, by push notification 1–3 days (your choice) before upcoming charges and before free trials end – for entries that have a known next charge date.
• Step-by-step cancellation guides for individual services, via a help chat. The help chat is an AI assistant, not a human.

NoBill does not connect to your bank account, does not cancel contracts on your behalf, does not negotiate prices and does not claim refunds for you. You cancel third-party subscriptions yourself.

• You choose a plan, enter your e-mail address, confirm that you want the service to start immediately, and enter your payment details in the payment form of our payment provider, Stripe.
• Before submitting, you see the plan, the total price incl. VAT, the term, how it continues afterwards and, where relevant, when the free trial ends and what will then be charged. You can correct your entries at any time before submitting.
• By clicking "Subscribe and pay" (for the free trial: "Start free trial – paid subscription after") you place a binding order. In the French and German versions the button reads "Payer et m'abonner" / "Commencer l'essai – abonnement payant ensuite" and "Zahlungspflichtig abonnieren".
• The contract is concluded when we confirm your order on screen and by e-mail.

The contract can be concluded in English, French or German. We store your order details. The order confirmation e-mail contains the essential contract details and links to these terms and to the withdrawal information; please save or print them.

All prices are final prices in euros, including VAT. The price is the same in every country; the VAT it contains is that of your country of residence. There are no other charges.

The price is payable in advance at the start of each billing period (for the monthly plan: for the first time when the free trial ends). Every plan includes the same features (section 2).

Before a 3- or 12-month term ends, we e-mail you a reminder (between about 6 and 4 weeks before the end) with the date, what happens next and how to cancel.

The monthly plan starts with 7 free days. Your payment method is saved at the start but not charged. The 3- and 12-month plans have no free trial; they are charged when you subscribe.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise €6.99 is charged when the trial ends, and then every month until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder the day before the first charge.

The free trial is meant for new customers: one trial per e-mail address.

In some cases we offer an introductory plan: 7 days for €0.99, charged immediately. Unless you cancel before the 7 days are over, it automatically continues as the monthly plan at €6.99 per month, renewing every month until cancelled. We e-mail you a reminder the day before the first monthly charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland, with the payment methods offered in the payment form (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never receive your full card number.

If a payment fails, our payment provider retries it; you keep access while it does. If the payment still fails, access to the paid features ends.

You can cancel at any time without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for – for the 3- and 12-month plans at the end of the current term, during the free trial or the introductory week at its end, free of further charges. You keep full access until then.

To cancel:

• in your NoBill account under "Account",
• without logging in, on the Cancel subscription page (linked at the bottom of every page),
• or by e-mail to [TODO: E-Mail, e.g. hello@nobill.website].

You receive a confirmation by e-mail with the date and time we received your cancellation. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata; your right of withdrawal (section 9) is not affected.

Either party's right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract (for the monthly plan with a free trial: from the start of the trial). You can withdraw with the "Withdraw from contract" function on the Cancel subscription page, by e-mail or by letter. Details and the model form: withdrawal information.

Because you ask us to start the service immediately, the law would allow us to charge a proportional amount for the time until you withdraw. We voluntarily waive it: if you withdraw within the period, we refund everything you paid (money-back guarantee).

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, for example during maintenance or outages at our providers.

Screenshot analysis is performed automatically by an AI system and can contain mistakes (misread amounts or dates, subscriptions not detected or wrongly detected). Results are marked as AI results, and uncertain entries are flagged "Check". Please check the results before relying on them. Reminders depend on the data stored (in particular the next charge date) and on delivery by e-mail and push services.

The help chat is an AI assistant. Its answers and the cancellation guides are general information, not legal advice, and can be wrong or out of date. Each provider's own terms prevail.

Only upload screenshots you are entitled to use, and crop out anything not needed for the analysis (balance, IBAN, other people's data). Do not enter card numbers, IBANs or passwords in the help chat. Do not use NoBill abusively or unlawfully.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and under any guarantee we have given.

For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded, to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Your statutory rights regarding defects in digital content and digital services remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms or to the price of an existing subscription take effect only with your express consent. If you don't agree, your subscription continues on the current terms until the end of the period, and either party may cancel.

How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy.

The law of [TODO: Sitzland / country of the company seat] applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).

As a consumer in the EU you may bring proceedings against us in the courts of your country of residence or of our seat; we can only sue you in the courts of your country of residence.
