How scanning works

Your subscriptions, read from a screenshot

Inside NoBill you upload screenshots from your bank app, App Store, Google Play or PayPal, and our AI lists every recurring payment. Scanning is included in every plan.

Scanning is available inside NoBill with an active plan. No bank login.

What to screenshot

Any screen where merchant names and amounts are visible. 2–3 screenshots are usually enough.

  • Banking app

Your transactions from the last 1–2 months. 2 or 3 screenshots is usually enough.

  • App Store

Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

  • Google Play

Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

  • PayPal

Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments.

  • E-mail receipts

Search your inbox for “receipt”, “renewal” or “trial”.

What you get

  • One list of your subscriptions

Every recurring charge with its logo, amount and billing cycle — check and edit each entry.

  • Monthly and yearly totals

What you pay per month and per year, and what you’d save by cancelling.

  • Reminders before charges

An e-mail and a push before each payment and before a free trial ends. If a screenshot shows no date, you add it in one tap.

  • Cancel guides

Step-by-step help for cancelling each service, plus your consumer rights in the EU.

Private by design

NoBill never connects to your bank. You choose what’s in the screenshot and can crop anything out. Images are sent to our AI provider to be read and aren’t stored by NoBill — we keep the services found and your list with your account.
